I am a licensed mental health counselor and certified addictions professional in Florida with experience as a counselor, continuing education director, and nonprofit executive director. My work has led to a niche for people facing significant changes such as with careers, retirement, empty nest, becoming a parent, marriage, divorce, and grief.  Despite my experience with a variety of conditions and specific needs, I prefer to look at the whole picture as opposed to one specific issue. I focus on overall wellness, which includes tuning into all the different areas of life and looking for patterns that may have resulted in seeking counseling.
