I am a licensed mental health counselor and certified addictions professional licensed in Florida, Washington, West Virginia, and Vermont with experience as a counselor, continuing education director, and nonprofit executive director. My work has led to a niche for people facing significant changes such as with careers, retirement, empty nest, becoming a parent, marriage, divorce, and grief.  Despite my experience with a variety of conditions and specific needs, I prefer to look at the whole picture as opposed to one specific issue. I focus on overall wellness, which includes tuning into all the different areas of life and looking for patterns that may have resulted in seeking counseling.

I am in network with United Healthcare, Oxford Health Plans, Cigna, Aetna, UMR, Oscar, UHC Student Resources, AllSaver UHC, Florida Blue, and Harvard Pilgrim. With other insurances I can provide documentation to be submitted for insurance reimbursement.
