National Cappuccino Day

November 8th is National Cappuccino Day!

Did you know the mental health benefits of coffee in moderation? Caffeine increases productivity, the scent of espresso is often used as a calming aromatherapy, the anti-inflammatory properties of coffee beans can reduce some symptoms of depression, and the simple act of sipping a warm beverage forces you to slow down and breathe.

Take 10 or 20 minutes to enjoy a cup and soak up all it's delicious benefits.
