Taking a life inventory or reviewing life categories can be a powerful tool.

Personal Development,
Mental Health
Spiritual & Purpose
The important thing is considering how much energy currently goes into each of your life categories vs how much would you ideally put into each category. Are things balanced the way you think they should be? If not, what would you like to change? And how can you go about making that shift?
